Have a very 2012 Yamaha F150XA with three hundred hours. Was out one other day plus the oil light arrived on. I finished and checked the oil and it was wonderful. I limped it to shore and no warmth light came on. The motor wound up not turning more than. I took it for the Yamaha dealer plus they said it is actually common with the F150XA outboards.
